Francesco Romero Caro and Karl Kössler (EURAC) delivered a presentation on the role of the Executive, the Legislative and the Judiciary during the International Munich Federalism Days 2023.

The even was held at the Hanns Seidel Foundation Conference Centre in Munich on May 22, followed by sessions at the HSS Educational Centre in Kloster Banz from May 23 to 26.

The five-day conference provided a unique platform for a distinguished group of experts from around the world to engage in in-depth discussions on the critical links between governance capacity and governance legitimacy in multilevel systems during times of crisis.
